This was our second time at the Best Western in Palmyra, NY, and it was again a pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was great, we wanted for nothing during our stay. This hotel is located between our family members, very convenient. It was very cold during our visit so was very pleased that the heater kept the room nice without it constantly running.

Really liked breakfast. loved having a bedroom and sitting area, plus a full kitchen. It is a great location if you are coming to visit the historical sites in the area. The view out our window was charming.

The staff let all of the through bikers park our bikes in the hotel conference room, keeping them safe and dry. It was a very nice gesture for all the travelers coming through along the Erie Canal Trail. Also the hot tub was working and open and that was so nice especially in today's age where every hotel I go to chooses to close their pool/hot tubs for 'maintenance' when in reality we can tell they just don't want to maintain them.

We liked the breakfast. We didn't know if there was variation from day to day (is it always scrambled eggs and sausage?) I really liked the great wi-fi and great TV and channel selection! We liked the very comfortable bed. The staff was also courteous, and the accommodations were well kept up.

This hotel is very close to history sites of the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS. The breakfast had many good options. I did like the nice seating area in the room.

It is very close to the historical sites of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It is quiet and peaceful. Our room was spacious and had a nice view.

The breakfast, the fireplace and lit fire, charging overnight for my plug-in hybrid, lots of pillows on the bed, easy access to heating system.

The young woman (Deedra) who checked us in was amazing. She went out of her way to help us and make our stay a memorable one. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, Deedra was very helpful in making recommendations for dinner, and she also fixed our tv. She provided A+++++ service.We would definitely stay there again.

I liked that the hotel was minutes away from all the LDS Church historical sites. Loved the hotel staff how friendly and accommodating, Rooms were very large and beds were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and lots of hot food options along with many normal things on continental breakfast . wish we could have stayed longer but we are on a schedule, Thanks Palmyra BW staff
